What an absolute treasure of a little business! I genuinely can't recommend Nature's Sanctuary and Dee highly enough! After reaching 44 years of age and picking up lots of aches and pains along the way. I thought it was about time to book a bit of "me time". I chose to book an hour's Swedish massage and it was heaven! Dee is so kind and really does care and it shows in everything that she does... I'm really looking forward to trying the Hot Stone massage next time!

The Hot Stone Massage was out of this world. The room is amazing and has the most relaxing smell, ambience, lighting and music. I feel so relaxed and my pains have gone. Dee put me at ease in no time and her skills are amazing. Can't thank you enough.

Amazing experience in the Mindfulness Room today. I was feeling so uptight with my anxiety and haven’t been in the greatest of places mentally but I came out feeling incredibly calm and relaxed. Most definitely coming back for sure. Such a beautiful, calming, relaxing atmosphere with lovely scents and lighting with candles, salt lamps and calming music…cosy floor cushions…was just perfect and definitely much needed. Just laying there for half an hour made such a huge difference with the way I was feeling mentally, emotionally and physically too. 1000% recommend to anyone! Thank you so much, Dee!

Visited Dee for a CBD Deep Tissue Massage and it was really relaxing. She is highly knowledgeable in her field, sorted out lots of aches and pains. I have always trained hard, so picked up a few injuries and niggles in the past, Dee pointed out the areas and began working on them and already they feel better. Highly recommend!
